July was a whirlwind. I have gone back to working 40 hours/week again. After so long with a reduced schedule, it’s been exhausting. I am thankful to have the work, though, so I’m going to try not to complain about it (much). I still get to work mostly from home, which I am all for. I also moved into my new apartment in July. Moving is always exhausting and stressful, but it went pretty well, overall. I had some washer/dryer issues, so I decided to buy some new ones. There was some drama with those, so they are being returned and I will be without for awhile. The moral of the story is that I will never, ever shop at Lowe’s again.

Thank you! The W/D stuff is actually still going. They were supposed to pick them up today. I was given a 4 hour window of when they would be here. They ended up arriving 2 1/2 hours AFTER the 4 hour window and then said they left their tools at a previous stop and weren’t able to disconnect the washer. So I had to call the store back to schedule again. I was not pleased at all.
You had a busy month! I’m glad you’re still working from home. I hope Lowes gets their act together for you. That would be so frustrating!

Yeah, I think it depends on what you’re getting from them. We ordered some bathroom accessories and had no problem. Other things have taken a long time. I can’t remember if it was them or Home Depot we ordered our oven through, but that was a mess. Appliances are hard.
