Is it weird I thought April flew by? My introverted self has been living my best life this month. That said, I’m ready for things to start opening back up. There are several things that are opening over the next few weeks, but apparently the Stay at Home Order has been extended until the end of May. I’ve been continuing to work a few hours a week from home and supplementing it with sick leave, but I’m not sure if that’s going to be a sustainable solution for May. There are some functions that are picking back up that could potentially add hours to my week, but I might have to end up taking a layoff instead, which kind of terrifies me. How have you all been doing in regards to work?

You are a busy lady!
It’s been a good reading month! 🙂
Well, if things don’t open up in Ohio, you’ll have some more quality reading time. 😷
Haha silver lining!
Wonderful wrap up Stephanie, I can’t wait to read The Heir Affair later this year, glad you loved it!
Thank you! I’m excited for you to read The Heir Affair. So good!
I’m still salty about that Beach Read cover and blurb. Otherwise, it might have been a favorite for me this month too.
Haha I can understand that. I know the cartoon covers are a pet peeve of yours.
Ugh. Yes.
Looks like you had a wonderful reading month! I’m definitely looking forward to Beach Read. xx
It was a great reading month!
April flew by for me too! And I am also living my best life right now haha. Though, I am lucky enough to be able to work full time from home. I hope you get your job stuff figured out and I hope everything works out! That sounds super scary, but I have a lot of friends that have had to temporarily take unemployment, and they are doing fine, so hopefully whatever happens you can make it work! Also congrats on 20 books! That is awesome 😀 And I love the graph picture haha I have been wearing sweats everyday and I shaved yesterday for the first time in a month! It was amazing 😀
Thank you! I’m glad to hear it’s not just me enjoying the time at home haha. I’m glad you’re able to fully work from home. I did get approved that over the month I’ll be able to ramp up my hours, so I decided not to take the layoff. I’m just hoping things stay on track and I don’t end up regretting that.
