What are some recent books you recently acquired?
I’m interested in what you’ll think of the First Wife. I have that one but haven’t read it yet.
That is my favorite Higgins book. 🙂
I’m looking forward to it. I think it will probably be my next read, though I might try ACOTAR instead. My one and only is the only Higgins book I’ve only read once so I’m due for a re-read.
The Fill-In Boyfriend would be on my list of recently acquired books–thanks to your review! Thanks again for recommending it. It was so cute.
I’m so glad that you enjoyed it!
YAY for finally getting ACOTAR! Happy reading! 🙂
I know, right?! Thanks! Hopefully it won’t end in disappointment haha
ACOTAR was on my list this week too, I’m starting it on Monday!

I hope we both enjoy it. With all the hype around it it almost feels impossible that it will meet my expectations. Fingers crossed!
I keep seeing about A Court of Thorns and Roses. It seems like an interesting read, one I would like to get around to some day. I’ve recently bought Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell by Susanna Clarke. Mainly because I’ve just seen a TV adaptation and want to know the differences between the book and the TV version. I’m looking forward tor reading it.
I haven’t heard about Jonathan Strange before. I hope you enjoy it! I started watching the tv show the pines and it made me want to read the book. It started off creepy and cook but now it’s kind of weird. Although I am about 3 episodes behind. I’m hoping ACOTAR lives up to the hype.
